Visit Campus…Virtually or In Person

UC is now accepting reservations for on-campus visits. We will continue to offer virtual visits for students who prefer the convenience of visiting from home. In order to promote the health and well-being of our staff, students, and visitors, the following protocols for on-campus visits will be in place.

  • When you arrive at our visitor parking area, an Office of Admissions staff member will come to your car to conduct our pre-visit screening. All members of the visiting party will be asked basic COVID screening questions regarding COVID exposure and symptoms. If you have been exposed to COVID and/or are symptomatic, please reschedule your visit.
  • Visitors will be asked to wear masks if they are not fully vaccinated. Masks are optional for vaccinated guests.
  • Guests and staff will practice 3-foot social distancing.
  • To limit exposure to our guests and our staff, tours will be conducted with one family at a time. Please submit your tour request as early as possible to have the best chance of getting your preferred date/time.

Virtual visits through Zoom are also available. Chat with a faculty member, admissions counselor, and/or current student to learn more about life at UC. Questions about our visit options and processes? Contact us at admissions@ucwv.edu or 304-357-4750.
